bathroom pod room grime
the location near the excel centre was acceptable.
The bathroom was a joke. It was just a tiny pod. it reminded me of a cheap cruise ship cabin.. seriously?!?! the room wasn't very clean. I saw some grime in the bathroom.

mediocre stay near excel
leaking kettle dark room
The location was decent. It was pretty close to the excel centre, so that was handy for my event.
The room felt quite worn. the kettle leaked all over the counter when i tried to make tea. the room was also oddly dark even with all the lights on. It wasn't the most inviting space.

thames views helpful staff comfortable bed
The location was wonderful (especially the views of the thames!), with easy access to excel and nearby transport links. i found the staff helpful. They were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect after a long day exploring.
the breakfast area was quite crowded at peak times, so getting a table required a bit of patience.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Transport Links
coffee facilities lovely touch
The AC in the room was a lifesaver. I found tea and coffee facilities available in the room to be convenient. The complimentary cookies were a lovely touch. The location was great, and transport was right on the doorstep to get into the center.
The room was not cleaned after my first night. I found the same dirty towels left every day after nights two and three. I reported it, but no apology was given to me.

sweet view many channels water view temperature controls
the location was AMAZING for accessing excel! my room had a sweet view of the water. the room had a tv with many channels. the temperature controls worked great!
the shower floor felt a tad slippery! slip mats would be a super addition.

slippery shower floor missing safety features
the shower floor was seriously slippery , and my husband ended up slipping. he fell pretty hard , landing right on his bum and twisting his foot under the shower door. i was really worried , and he was definitely shaken up. they really should have some slip mats or grab handles in there.

convenient location friendly staff efficient check-in complimentary water
The location was SO convenient to the ExCeL center! I loved that I could walk there in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly, and check-in was efficient. The room also included complimentary bottled water, and there was a selection of coffee and tea.
The lift was a bit slow. During peak times, there was sometimes a short wait.
